Paying through the app would be so much more convenient. I appreciate being able to schedule work orders, check on status of work orders, and pay rent with this app. I work so the contact center is closed by the time I get home and I forget to call at lunch bc I'm prob eating if I even get to take a decent lunch if things are busy. Reading the comments years ago in my head thinking: these people probably never really tried to even get it to work, watch me At the end of the enrollment process the representative informs me that they no longer support the app.
